ALL Bristol Primary Hub – Mother Language Day

The next Bristol ALL Primary Languages Hub will be Tuesday 28th January at Oasis Connaught primary school on the theme of preparing for Mother Tongue Day.
Arrive from 3.45 and we will aim to finish around 5.30.
All welcome!
🍰☕ There will be tea, coffee and cake.
The theme for this session will be ‘Mother Language Day ’. Come along whether you would like to share what has happened in your school, or just would like to eat cake and take away a copy of our resources for yourself!

If you are one of our regulars- can I suggest that you consider bringing a friend : maybe one of your class teachers who also teaches languages?

Bristol ALL Primary Hub
We are a friendly bunch of primary teachers who are involved in teaching languages in our schools. Many (most??) primary language teachers are either not specialists and/or are working in isolation and often pushing against the weight of bigger priorities in the school.
We know from personal experience how this can lead to a bit of a sinking feeling in the stomach… so we just want to help! Firstly, by filling that tummy with cake and secondly, by offering an opportunity to share ideas and lighten the load.
The Association for Language Learning (ALL) is an independent registered charity and the UK’s major subject association for those involved in the teaching of foreign languages at all levels.
