Making a good start – a free online event hosted by ALL, open to all trainee and ECT Language teachers

This session will be led by Veronica Otero Gonzalez of Jesmond Park Academy in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
A new chapter in any aspect of life has the potential to provoke a range of emotions and feelings. When thinking about a new journey in a career that makes a real difference to the lives of young people, undoubtedly excitement will be one of those emotions (and even more so knowing you will be using languages every day!). But like anything that’s worth having, there are likely to be challenges along the way.
In this session, we will discuss a variety of considerations and suggestions to help you prepare yourself for the year ahead and make it a successful, productive and, even more importantly, an enjoyable one.
Free and open to all starting their training or ECT years as Language teachers.
