ALL West of England Short Film competition 2024
We are excited to announce a relaunch of our ALL West of England Short Film competition! Past entries have included a Football game with Polish commentary and a thriller set in the local woods with a mysterious guest. Due to the number of expert video content creators amongst our students today, we can't wait for the entries this year!
The competition is open to all students in Years 8 and 9 and videos are welcome in every language. If the language of the video is in a language other than French, German and Spanish, it must include subtitles so our panelists are able to fully understand the plot!
This is a wonderful creative opportunity for your students and is a great way to celebrate the range of languages, creativity and video editing skills that are in our classrooms. It is up to you how much curriculum time it takes; it can be launched simply by sharing the information with your students in a lesson and then as a creative home learning task.

All finalists will be invited to a celebration event at Bristol University 1 July 2024 from 16.00 to 18.00pm.
