Anna Lise is Academic Director – Secondary ITT and Postgraduate Provision at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, London. She taught in London and Surrey comprehensives, worked as an advisory teacher in Surrey and wrote educational materials before developing a strong interest in initial teacher education. Her particular interests include effective mentoring of trainee teachers, the promotion of cross-curricular opportunities and resilience of early career teachers. She has also served in various ALL governance roles.
