Department for Education calls for an understanding of teacher retention with a survey aimed at ex-teachers.
If you have left teaching in the state-funded sector in England, DfE would like to hear from you. They have created a survey which will take roughly 5 minutes to complete which will help them improve their understanding of why teachers leave the profession.
