Into Film…

Film

Teachers and pupils can share a wide array of foreign language films for free at the Into Film Festival 2015 – the world’s largest film festival for children and young people, taking place across the UK from 04-20 Nov 2015. Highlights will include exclusive premieres and previews of new feature films, free screenings, workshops, special events and Q&A sessions, Screenings will be accompanied by educational resources featuring discussion questions and activities to enable teachers to continue to use the screenings to support learning in the classroom. Into Film is the film education programme for young people aged 5-19 across the UK funded by the BFI.

This is a superb opportunity for everyone to get involved and to  benefit from the wealth of resources provided; educators will have  access to a range of teaching resources, informal film guides and will  be able to join in alongside pupils on workshops and presentations. With  the aim to make this festival accessible to as many students as  possible, the screenings will be held in over 500 cinemas and venues  across the UK.  All screenings are free.
