It’s Good to Talk! ebook

This publication, new in late 2023, is the work of a group of ALL members from Primary and Secondary backgrounds, who share their practical strategies for encouraging pupil talk in the Languages classroom, and their rationale for doing so. Examples in this handbook  are largely in French, German and Spanish, but the principles behind them apply to any language. The focus is on communication, interaction and building confidence, as well as on the specific skills involved in speaking.

The book is edited by Steven Fawkes who is also the chief writer.
